Mr Nicholas is an experienced CEO and director with more than 30 years’ experience building, scaling and managing businesses across the consumer products, food and retail sectors. He brings strong commercial, operational and strategic expertise, with a proven track record of driving growth, executing strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Mr Joshua Gordon is an experienced corporate finance professional who has raised capital for many small and emerging companies on the ASX. Mr Gordon is well versed in all facets of the Equity Capital Market transaction lifecycle with deep experience in transaction origination, structuring, execution and distribution.

Mr Gordon holds a Bachelor or Commerce (Finance) from Monash University and a Master of Management (Accounting) from the University of Melbourne. Mr Gordon is a Non-Executive Director of ASX: DAL Dalaroo Metals, ASX: CRR Critical Resources, ASX: AN1 Anagenics and ASX: SKN Skin Elements.

Mr Spindler is an experienced corporate professional with a broad range of corporate governance, capital markets, finance and ASX compliance spanning 24 years. He has extensive experience supporting ASX-listed companies through IPOs, reverse takeovers, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing regulatory and statutory compliance.

Mr Spindler has held a number of company secretarial roles for ASX-listed entities across the resources, technology and energy sectors, with operations in local and internal jurisdictions. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and an Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Mr Ish Peries is highly experienced in the financial services sector, with over 21 years of industry experience.

Mr Peries specialises in lending, business strategy, risk management, deposits, and financial management. Mr Peries possesses extensive experience across project and corporate finance, particularly within the mining and metals sector. His expertise includes credit evaluation, debt structuring, technical risk analysis, and sustainability assessment.

Mr Peries holds a Bachelor of E-Commerce from Curtin University of Western Australia.

Non-Executive Director

Frank heads up the Corporate & Commercial team at Nova Legal which he co-founded in 2012.

Frank specialises in Corporate, commercial and securities law across sectors in Australia and overseas.

Frank has extensive experience providing advice on IPOs, Backdoor Listings, secondary capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate reconstructions, corporate compliance, shareholder meetings, directors’ duties, corporate governance and general commercial matters.

Prior to co-founding Nova Legal, Frank was at a Boutique corporate law firm for over 7 years and as a Director of that firm for 18 months. Prior to that, he was a corporate lawyer at a national law firm.

Frank has been a non-executive director and chairman of numerous ASX listed companies.

Frank has been recognised as a Recommended Corporate Lawyer – Western Australia by Doyle’s Guide 2019.

Company Secretary

Mr Usher is a Certified Practicing Accountant and Chartered Company Secretary with over 25 years experience in the management and corporate affairs of public listed companies in Australia and Internationally.

He has extensive experience across many industries focusing on corporate & financial management, strategy & planning, mergers & acquisitions, and investor relations & corporate governance.

Chief Executive Officer

Peter Malone has over 30 years’ experience in global financial markets in key leadership roles.

Mr Malone is an international entrepreneur and has been responsible for raising in excess of AUD$150 million for innovative technology development programmes.

Mr Malone is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company and is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has a proven track record in developing and managing the commercialisation of disruptive new technology companies from idea stage through to reality.
